Thoughts on the computer business and health care
There is an interesting comparison here between the computer business and the health care business. While many critical processes today are controlled by computers, the computers are essentially unregulated, except by market forces, and grow less expensive and better in quality with every passing day. Health care, on the contrary, is regulated in every detail and grows more expensive.
