Something for the kids

FiveCentNickel.com has a helpful posting on how to manage allowances so that children learn to handle money well. It is a financial blog with other helpful articles, as you may see if you take some time to look around. The categories of material available are listed on the left side of the page. I tried the banking category and found that you can use Google as a currency converter. Didn't know that. Try it. Just enter, for example, "1 usd in euros" and the answer is returned. 1 us dollar is 0.807037366 euros. Or, it was when I did it. Your information will be current for your request.
