Understanding is the oil that lubricates society. It can make you a better employee, boss, spouse, parent, customer or salesman. Bloginality is a site devoted to helping people understand themselves and others. There is a simple(5-10 minute) online test that provides a brief explanation of the main factors of your personality. There are also links to other sites with further tests and more information. The site is based on the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) which is probably the most-used single psychological test for human resources departments and occupational counseling facilities.
